Norbert Paul Fitzwater, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 68. Passionate about politics and business, he carried these interests into his working life. Norbert was a long-time employee of the Sacramento Army Depot, and was an electronics technician supervisor with an A.A.degree in business. During a five year tour in Germany as a proud civil servant, he met his wife of 33 years. Together they enjoyed travelling the world on land and at sea. Norbert leaves behind to cherish his memory: his wife, 2 daughters and 2 sons-in law, 6 grandchildren, and a cat. Inquiries pertaining to funeral services are to be addressed with the family.
