Lowe, Jeannette Marie Jeannette passed away peacefully at her home on July 16, 2012. She leaves behind her beautiful daughter Salina Lowe and four lovely grandchildren along with a host of wonderful family and friends including her mother Joan Lowe. Jeannette will be truly missed.
