Survived by mother Kim Knorr of Sacto, father Dean Moreland of Chico, grandmother Sue Knorr of Sac, sister Melissa Lau of Sac, brothers Deano Moreland of Chico, Ryan Moreland of Hawaii. Justin was a outgoing person full of energy. He liked riding his bike, he loved going to the river with his sister and friends. He made so many people laugh, he was the life of the party. Justin you will be missed. We all love you. Memorial service on Friday, June 10, 2016 from 4-8pm at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95824
