Obituary of Anjetter Sullen

Anjetter "Ann" Sullen was born September 11th in Castle, Oklahoma, the second of 12 children in the union of Mathew Junious and Beulah Clipper. Ann met an Air Force gentlemen by the name of Roosevelt Sullen Jr. Soon after married, with 2 beautiful daughters, began their journey together. Being part of a military family, traveled extensively during her lifetime. Ann was an educated woman, attended college while caring for her family. Roosevelt and Ann recently celebrated 54 years of marriage. Anjetter's primary role of homemaker was complimented by her desire to stay busy. She sold real estate, worked at Liberty House, and even eventually opened her own boutique. Ann always had a happy disposition and a positive outlook on life. She seemed to bring out the best in people around her. Her security and gentleness brightened the lives of those who knew her. Above all, she was a very strong person who always considered the needs of others before her own. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Gloria May and Ruth Lauria. Ann passed away on October 14, 2013 here in Sacramento, California. She leaves to cherish many wonderful memories; her husband, Roosevelt Sullen Jr.; her grandchildren, Toniece, Christine, Nicole, and Lester Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Brittany, Ereece, Chelsie, Elijah, Kayla, Andre Jr., Taylor, Syriss, and Syr Christopher; great-great-grandchild, Alaysia, and a host of other relatives and friends in Sacramento and Los Angeles whom will miss her dearly.
