Chinda Seng was born October 31, 1979 in Cambodia and passed away April 6, 2010 in Sacramento, California. She leaves behind her husband Manuel Munoz. A visitation will be held at Sacramento Memorial Lawn Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 11am to 1pm, with funeral srvices following. Cremation is planned with burial in Cambodia. Jon L. Fullerton, Funeral Director in charge of arrangements.
