Obituary of Privado Morados Ilagan
Please share a memory of Privado to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Born August 20, 1945 in San Jose, Batangas, Philippines to Emiliano and Salustia Ilagan. He went home to be with the Lord on November 27, 2012 in Los Angeles, Callifornia at the age of 67. Preceded in death by his parents; brother Roderick and sisters Emilia and Rosario; he is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Gloria; sons Jay (Rosalie), Julius (Carina), Joseph (Abilene), and Joker; grandchildren Ellie, Julian Carlo, Stewart, and Jolene; mother-in-law Tedora, brothers-in-law Abe (Monica) and Conrad (Hilda), sister-in-law Linda (Johnny); and many more family and friends. Privado was a Police Officer in the Phillippines before moving to the US with his family in 1989 and sharing his skills as an excellent chef for the next 24 years. He loved cooking caldereta, adobo, and anything else that his family requested. In his spare time he enjoyed watching cock-fights with his friends, and shoe shopping. He was a good, caring husband and father who was always concerned about others. Even in his failing health, he worried more about his wife than himself. He will be dearly missed. Service details will be announced shortly.
