STAFFORD, William K "Ken" 9/15/32 - 3/13/15 Ken passed away quietly at home on March 13, 2015, with family by his side. He was born Sept. 15, 1932 in Des Moines, Iowa to William and Charlotte Stafford, who preceded him in death. He leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years, Anita, and children Barbara Pike (Oren), David (Esther), Bill, and Diana Petrinovich, grandchildren Douglas Presley (Brooke), Amy Ruiz (Tony), August Vantine, Justin Serra and Adrianna Stafford, and eight great-grandchildren. From 1978 until his retirement in 1996, Ken operated the DMV snack bar at 2570 24th St. near Broadway in Sacramento. There will be a visitation from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm on Friday, March 20 at Sacramento Memorial Lawn mortuary. Inurnment will be private. The family wishes to thank our Kaiser Hospice team for their care and loving support and in lieu of flowers, we ask that a donation be made to a charity of your choice .
