Lilly Phi Cipriano departed this life on December 17, 2024 at the age of 48 (Lunar Calendar). Born on September 20, 1977, in Rach Gia, Vietnam, Lilly lived a life filled with love. A devoted wife, mother, sister, and daughter; family was always at the center of her life.
Lilly, daughter of Rosie Ma Hoang, was the youngest of four girls. At just one year old, Lilly and her family left Vietnam for the United States. During their voyage, they were rescued by the U.S. Navy and brought to a refugee camp in Thailand, where they stayed for almost a year. Upon reaching America, she and her family settled in Citrus Heights, California.
Lilly met the love of her life, Joseph Cipriano, at the age of 14. They were married on June 11, 2005, and together they built a loving home filled with laughter, warmth, and countless cherished memories. She was the proud mother of Isabel, Quintin, and Joseph Jr., who brought immeasurable joy to her life.
A natural caregiver, Lilly prioritized family above all else. Through her unwavering love and support, Lilly left an unforgettable mark on the lives of all who knew her.
Lilly had a passion for gardening, beauty, crafting, spontaneous family outings, and Bay Area sports teams. She was known for her infectious smile and laughter, selflessness, generosity, and kind heart. However, her greatest legacy will always be the love and dedication she poured into her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph, her children, Isabel, Quintin, and Joseph Jr., her father, Peter Phung Hoang, and her sisters, Kimberly Hong and Holly Hong, as well as the countless lives she touched.
