Obituary of Mary Frances Parks
It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Parks announces the passing of our
family matriarch. Born on June 23,1926 in Pitcher, Oklahoma, Mary passed into eternal rest on November 26, 2021 in Fair Oaks, Ca.
The daughter of sharecroppers, she was raised and educated in Arkansas and Oklahoma
before moving to California in the early 1950’s.
A devoted follower of our Lord, Jesus Christ she lived a full and Faithful life living always in the light
of God. She spent the majority of her adult life in service spending over forty years in various positions
at both Trinity Life Center and Epic Bible College.
She never tired of the opportunity to share Jesus and despite her infirmities continued witnessing until her passing. As a dedicated prayer warrior she prayed tirelessly for any and all believing adamantly in the power of prayer and the mercy and grace of God. “Thank you Jesus” was her mantra.
She is survived by her three loving children and their spouses, Ranelle Dano (Dexter), Vickie Stein (Rudi)
Bill Parks (Kai); her adoring grandchildren, Brian Dano, Eric Dano (Becki), Tyler Parks (Martine), and Casey Parks (Melissa); her great grandchildren Eden and Cody Parks; her loving niece Betty Jane Anthony; her faithful sister-in-law Nancy Kaufman Davis, and an abundance of other extended family.
She was preceded in passing by her parents Frank and Bertha Pattison, her husband Bob,
her brothers Bill and Herschel (Pat) Pattison and her sister Cleo Chaney.
Services will be held Thursday, December 9,2021 at 11:00AM at Sacramento Memorial Lawn,
6100 Stockton Boulevard, Sacramento, CA.. Interment to follow.
